Soap Cutters
Hand cutter
This is a robustly built machine made to give years of service, it will cut blocks
of cold process soap 4 x 4x15 inches = 100 x 100x 380 cm or 5 x 3x15 inches = 125
x75 x380 cm into bars .This will also cut pipe moulded
soaps. The wires are stainless steel and have tensioning bolts, the machine is made
of steel on a ply wood base.
Each cut has square edges and sides, each bar cuts to the same size every time.
The Hand cutter can be ordered with any spacing of wires.

We have made a mould for this machine, this mould gives two of the dimensions of the
finished bar.
The inside dimensions of the moulds are 14 inches by 3 inches by 3 inches, or 355 mm + 75
mm + 75 mm .The soap can be poured to a depth of your choice, you only have to cut the
soap once for the finished bar size. The cost of this mould is £40.

Slab Cutter
This is cutter is developed to cut large slabs of cold process soap. The slab cutter has a
cutting length of 16 inches = 405 mm and will cut to a depth or thickness of 3 1/2
inches = 90mm, the length of slab can be over 24 inches = 600mm.

H1H Foot Operated Hydraulic Soap Cutting Machine
This soap cutter is a heavy machine designed to cut blocks of cold process soap up to
16” +16” + 18” inches,
or 40 cm + 40 cm + 46 cm high.
Cutting slabs accurately on the first cut, then into logs on the second cut, the third cut
being into bars.
The harps are fitted with stainless steel wires set to the spacing you order, each wire is
individually tensioned by tensioning bolts. Removing four bolts changes the harps, with
the harp you need.
The machine is portable with its own wheels and is foot operated needing no
electricity, the rising and falling cutting table has ample room for stacking the cut
soap.
It is possible with a little skill to arrange on the final cut, to shape the bars
into various shapes other than rectangles and squares.
The machine price is £1,320 without the harps.
The harps needed will be dependent on the size of soap you want to cut and moulds used.
The inside dimensions of the harps or frames are 17 inches by 17 inches this allows a soap
block size of 16 inches by 16 inches to be cut , the depth of the cut is dependent on the
size of mould, but has with the H1H a maximum depth of cut of 18 inches.
